How to create, define & achieve your goals.

Step One.

Book in for A Consultation.

The purpose of the first session is to clearly define your goals & identify any challenges that may be hindering your progress and talk you through a plan to overcome those challenges.

Step Two

Fitness & Nutrition assessment.

It's time to get into the gym, go through some movements to see our range of motion and any limitations we may have when it comes to strength training and our current fitness level. from there we have a good talk about nutrition, what "good" nutrition looks like and go through any specifics related to your goals.

Step Three.

Full PT Session & Action plan.

It's time to take you through your program, this is where you get to see how its all pieced together, working with intention, this challenging but enjoyable session will leave you feeling exactly how you want to. at the very end, we give you an overview of your action plan, everything you need to do to hit the targets you have set for yourself along with a realistic timeframe.

Step Four

Foundational Month.

Now begins your first month of training followed by our 28 day review session..

Get in the Gym.

I will guide you through each exercise detail, coaching you on proper technique and explaining the purpose behind each exercise. As your trainer, it is my responsibility to ensure you understand the ‘why’ behind every movement while making your workout fun, enjoyable, and appropriately challenging.

What is Personal Training?

What services do you offer?

I offer a variety of services, including:

One-on-One In Person Training: This is limited to 3-5 clients MAX due to the bespoke packages we create around the clients needs.

Semi Private: High Energy, High Accountability and support and also tailored for all levels. for men and women that want to get amazing results and build exercise into their every day life who are ready to commit to change.

Do I need to be fit to start personal training?

Not at all! Personal training is for everyone, no matter your starting point. Whether you're a beginner, returning to exercise after a break, or looking to enhance your current fitness level. I’ll create a program that matches your abilities and gradually challenges you as you improve.

How does the process work?

It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

  • We will complete a movement assessment.

  • I’ll design a personalized program tailored to your needs.

  • We’ll schedule regular training sessions to work on exercises, track progress, and adjust the plan as needed.

  • I’ll provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout your fitness journey.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Many clients start feeling better and noticing small improvements in 2-4 weeks, with visible changes often appearing around the 6-8 week mark. I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments to maximize results.

What should I bring to a training session?

  • Comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes.

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel for sweat.

  • If we’re training outdoors wear weather-appropriate clothing.

How long are the training sessions?

Each session typically lasts 45 - 60 minutes. This allows us to complete a self guided warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down / Finisher while addressing your fitness goals effectively.

How often should I train with a personal trainer?

The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but even one session per week combined with independent workouts can yield results. I’ll help you find a routine that works best for you.

Do you provide meal plans?

While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. For more detailed dietary plans, I can refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
