It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Many clients start feeling better and noticing small improvements in 2-4 weeks, with visible changes often appearing around the 6-8 week mark. I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments to maximize results.

Each session typically lasts 45 - 60 minutes. This allows us to complete a self guided warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down / Finisher while addressing your fitness goals effectively.
The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but even one session per week combined with independent workouts can yield results. I’ll help you find a routine that works best for you.
While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. For more detailed dietary plans, I can refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
