The fitness industry can sometimes feel like a shouting match, everyone has the next big thing or the new 6 week secret, we do things differently, we focus on a few underlying principles that are the core of what we offer, my philosophy is defined by incorporating proper nutrition, loading functional movements and spending time outdoors, this combination is the key to you succeeding.

Is Coaching Right For Me?

Personally, I think everyone would benefit from having a coach, working with a professional keeping you accountable, knowing that every time you step into the gym you will walk away feeling exactly how you wanted to at the end of your session, working towards your goals together, being pushed just that little bit more than you would on your own or even just having a hands off approach to fitness, knowing exactly what you should be doing to achieve X, Y & Z is a game changer.

The real question is how do I find the right coach for me?

Am I Tied into a contract?

Transforming your body and developing the skills required to see lasting changes takes time, because of this I like to work with clients for a minimum of 6 months, this gives us enough time to lay the foundations and make some great progress towards your goals without causing problems in other areas of your life.

HOWEVER, this isn't contracted, you may leave at anytime, I just need 3 weeks notice to cancel your payments.

Do You Offer 1 Off Sessions?

I only do 1 off in person sessions as part of my Hybrid Online Coaching service, and these are booked in advance.

How Does Payment Work?

We use a direct debit system similar to most other service providers, if you ever want to cancel your training, let me know and we can pause or cancel your future sessions.

What do We Discuss In The Strategy Call?

Our Strategy call is an excellent opportunity to meet each other, learn what I can offer and answer any questions you may have, we can talk through goals and start planning out your next steps to achieve them, the call is completely free with no obligation.
