The purpose of the first session is to clearly define your goals & identify any challenges that may be hindering your progress. From there, I will take you through a movement and fitness assessment to get our starting point, this will help me develop personalized strategies to help you overcome these challenges & confidently move you toward your target.
Main lifts & Nutrition Coaching.
Everyone moves differently, this session allows us to tailor our main gym lifts to you so that you can progress towards your goals, by the end of this session you will feel confident in performing all of the main exercises of your program, we also take a look at your current nutrition and devise some strategies to improve it.
Full PT Session & Action plan.
It's time to take you through your program, this is where you get to see how its all pieced together, working with intention, this challenging but enjoyable session will leave you feeling exactly how you want to. at the very end, we give you an overview of your action plan, everything you need to do to hit the targets you have set for yourself along with a realistic timeframe.

It begins with an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, fitness history, and any limitations you might have. From there:

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, and goals. Many clients start feeling better and noticing small improvements in 2-4 weeks, with visible changes often appearing around the 6-8 week mark. I’ll monitor your progress and make adjustments to maximize results.

Each session typically lasts 45 - 60 minutes. This allows us to complete a self guided warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down / Finisher while addressing your fitness goals effectively.
The frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients train 2-3 times per week, but even one session per week combined with independent workouts can yield results. I’ll help you find a routine that works best for you.
While I’m not a licensed dietitian, I offer general nutritional advice to help you make healthier food choices that support your goals. For more detailed dietary plans, I can refer you to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
