No, unlike generic fitness classes, our sessions are tailored to your current level, goals and follow a model of progression, its a combination of having a personal trainer along with a supportive small group environment.

Strongbodies is located within The Wave Leisure centre, in the town centre of Coventry with plenty of access and parking.

Our sessions run for around 50-55 minutes.
